Chicken With Basil Leaves

Pad Grapao Kai

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of sliced chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 4 chilies
  • 1 and a 1/2 tablespoons of Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of white sugar
  • 30 Basil leaves

Preperation

  • 1. Heat oil in a wok.
  • 2. Add the garlic and stir fry until fragrant.
  • 3. Add the chicken and stir fry until brown.
  • 3. Add the basil leaves and the sauce ingredients and stir fry for a little longer.
  • 4. Serve with jasmin rice.
