Chicken With Basil Leaves
Pad Grapao Kai
Ingredients
- 200 grams of sliced chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 4 chilies
- 1 and a 1/2 tablespoons of Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon of white sugar
- 30 Basil leaves
Preperation
- 1. Heat oil in a wok.
- 2. Add the garlic and stir fry until fragrant.
- 3. Add the chicken and stir fry until brown.
- 3. Add the basil leaves and the sauce ingredients and stir fry for a little longer.
- 4. Serve with jasmin rice.
