Chicken With Ginger

Kai Pad King

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of chicken breast sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 40 grams of sliced ginger
  • 40 grams of mushroom
  • 2 spring onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of rice viegar
  • 1 tablespoon of white sugar
  • 1 large red chili sliced
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of sun dried chili powder

Preperation

  • 1. Heat oil in a wok.
  • 2. Add the garlic and stir fry until fragrant.
  • 3. Add the chicken and stir fry until brown.
  • 3. Add the ginger and stir for a couple of minutes.
  • 4. Add the mushroom, mint leaves, fish sauce, soya sauce, rice vinegar, sugar and cook for 1 minute.
  • 5. Add the spring onion, sun dried chili powder and cook for 30 more seconds.
  • 6. Serve with jasmin rice.
