Chicken With Ginger

Ingredients
- 200 grams of chicken breast sliced
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 onion sliced
- 40 grams of sliced ginger
- 40 grams of mushroom
- 2 spring onions sliced
- 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon of soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon of rice viegar
- 1 tablespoon of white sugar
- 1 large red chili sliced
- 5 mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon of sun dried chili powder
Preperation
- 1. Heat oil in a wok.
- 2. Add the garlic and stir fry until fragrant.
- 3. Add the chicken and stir fry until brown.
- 3. Add the ginger and stir for a couple of minutes.
- 4. Add the mushroom, mint leaves, fish sauce, soya sauce, rice vinegar, sugar and cook for 1 minute.
- 5. Add the spring onion, sun dried chili powder and cook for 30 more seconds.
- 6. Serve with jasmin rice.
